Editing approved time in Resource Management
One of our managers has been hitting approve on time without going into too much of the detail. I now need to go back into another users account and remove some of the hours logged.
If I hover over the time entry I need to change it says "This time entry has been approved and locked. Please contact your administrator if you need to make changes" but I am the administrator.
How do I go about unapproving a user's time and changing a historic entry please? This is really critical for us because we need to run the November billing report and this is part of our audit trail.

Were you able to find out how to unlock and adjust the time for this user? Here's a Help Article with more information:
If you still need help, please post a screen capture of the page you're on and where you're getting stuck, but block out sensitive data. You can also contact Support if you have an issue that shows sensitive data so you can troubleshoot this in a private channel.
