There is an issue with Captcha where although it is turned off on the form's creation, if a user cc themselves too many times, the system automatically turns it back on. If the creator wants CAPTCHA disabled, SMARTSHEET should not override this.

Same issue. We have 2 forms that must be completed by the same person multiple times. We need Smartsheet to keep the captcha turned off. Captcha should only be turned on-off by the form creator.
Literally driving me insane. 20 form submissions in an hour shouldn't trigger 50 captchas. This is one of the reasons we're moving to 365
