from google to smartsheet

My team has been using Google Sheets as a colorful scheduling tool. They love it, and it has served them well for many years. I am not trying to reinvent the wheel. I am trying to stop utilizing Google since we live in Smartsheet. Any help to recreate this in Smartsheet would be beneficial. Cells are colored differently for out-of-town work, texts are colored differently for type of work tasks.

I've converted many similar ones to Smartsheet for clients.

How many rows/columns are you using? It looks like you have the date on the right and the people on the top. Correct?

@Andrée Starå 47 columns and 32 rows. Right now we have Emp Names on top and dates on the left (m-s).
