Multi-Select Enhancements: Limit choice number, all-of-the above, none-of-the-above

I want 3 new multi-select options for forms.

1. A form creator option to limit the # of options someone can select (e.g. pick 5 of these 12 options)
2. An all-of-the-above option for the creator to toggle on, to let form respondents to select all options listed
3. A none-of-the-above option for the creator to toggle on, to let form respondents to choose none
