Pick back up at the Row where i left off

Id like to be able to open the sheet at row ie. 3000 the next time its opened. (When i close the sheet at row 3000, id like the next time i log in, to go straight to row 3000.
Is this possible?
Not looking for fancy filters or having to press buttons. Excel has it, can you too?
