Whenever I take a picture in the Smart Sheet App it Logs Me Out

I have a construction project where I need to take pictures of units. Whenever I take photos from the app it logs me out and doesn't store the photo. As a work around I tried taking photos with my regular camera then uploading... and then it logs me out. I went into my app settings and enabled both my camera and photo sharing with the app and I am still having the same problem.

If you haven’t already, I recommend submitting a support ticket through the new Smartsheet Support Portal.
