Suggestions Appreciated
Hi, I am trying to use a form to have people fill out which user groups are allowed to order an item off of a fulfillment site and also ask them to provide the quantity allowed of the item by that user group. What would be the best way to manage the intake of this information and build this into a form? Using conditional formatting? Please let me know if you have any ideas - Thank you kindly.
Example
Territory Business Managers - allowed to order qty 20
Nurse Case Managers - allowed to order 25
Agency contacts - allowed to order 0

Do you have a finite list of user groups, and is this a reasonable size? If so, could you make each group a column and ask the people to select a qty for each, defaulting to 0, which means that group is not allowed to order? Or do you need each user group to be on a separate row in your sheet, with a column for the qty?
