Does Smartsheet has the capability to input city and region if zipcode was populated using Form?

Hi all,

If the zip code is collected using Smartsheet form, can the Smartsheet directly populate city and region? Does it have such capability? Or else please suggest me any other alternatives. I am trying to minimize the number of fields within the form.

You could have a directory or a 3rd-party service lookup after submission.

Thanks for the response.

You mean creating another directory with all the country names, regions and their zip codes and connecting this sheet to contact directory sheets?

Can you please give more details on third-party service lookup?
