Difficulty entering a formula in Sheet Summary fields

The pop up and drop down recommendations pop up over the field I am trying to enter a formula

Closing the popups, opens another pop up. Its like wack a mole. I captured video of it, but I don't have a place to link video to where others can access..

You could write the formula in another cell, then copy paste it. Or maybe reloading the page.

This happens to me quite a bit when a "help" popup just doesn't go away, it's like Clippy 2.0

I moved the field up enough on the list. It would not allow me to copy and paste..very touchy...
