Print or Save Form as PDF with multiple pages

A few requests for product enhancement related to Forms:

1) allow to save a full form (few pages long) as a PDF. Currently when trying to save to PDF (Print/save to PDF) it will save only the 1st page. Even if the scale was used.

2) allow a current "live" form to be partially completed by a user, saved as a draft, the user can come back later to complete the form & submit.
