I just lost all my data on the entire sheet. How do I recover it?

On the sheet with the missing data, open the activity log on the right

Scroll down as far as you need to find the last time the sheet was saved before the data was lost. Click on the down arrow.

Then click on Request Snapshot.

Can I recover data in one sheet without access to "request snapshot". My plan does not provide this access
