Can I access/download spreadsheets I previously made without paying for the upgrade?

I no longer have the need to use the Smartsheet service but I would like to e able to refer back to the reports, sheets, etc. that I made while using the upgraded version. Is that not possible?

Hi @nicdubois

On a free account, you can be shared to items but you will no longer be able to create items.

This means that if the sheets, reports, etc that this account has access to were created and owned by you, you will have 30 days to view the content before it's no longer accessible. Here's more information: How to cancel a Smartsheet account

I would recommend either exporting your data or transferring ownership to someone with a Smartsheet license (so you can still be shared to the active items).
