With the new agent request of Time off. Are agents also allowed to submit requests for Pre UTO?

If so when the month resets and how many hours will be allowed per year

It sounds like these may be questions meant for your company regarding time off, is that correct? If so, I would recommend reaching out to your HR department privately to ask how many hours you may request per year/month.
