I'm trying to set up a kanban board for my team members so they know what work they have across multiple projects.
How do I do that?

Hi @Michael_T
Create a report where all the projects are included.
then give access to the report. If a team member is shared to the original sheet, they will see it in the report, that can be viewed in the board view.

As Purnima said, create a Report.
Here's what I did.
I created a Report.
On the Sheets filter, I selected all the projects I'm managing.
On the Column filter I selected all the info I wanted to see on a Kanban Card:
- Sheet Name (project name), Target Start Date, Est Hours, Start Date, Status, Assigned To, and % Complete.
- Status is what created the swim lanes, Not Started, In Progress, Complete, etc.
On the Filter filter I chose:
- Assigned To
- Milestone equal to task (this customer column allows me to control what tasks are shown)
