Anyone else having issues with Forms in Smartsheet Government?

We use a variety of forms in Smartsheet Government, these forms worked seamlessly until they pushed a form update (18 Dec). While I love the new features, the forms are no longer accessible unless the user is on our domain or using our VPN (very few are as most of the users are external to our organization). The help desk has not identified a satisfactory solution so I'm wondering if any other .gov community members have experienced this issue and what did you do to work around it? Willing to try anything at this point as this is very problematic.

    Our public-facing forms are working normally as recently as 12/29/2023.

    To rule out Smartsheet, try to access the form from an external device (one that is not online via your .gov network).

    If you can access the form from outside of your network, it's likely that your .gov security/firewall settings are preventing access to external links.
