The ability to setup a sheet that deletes dates as they are full?

Hey team, we are working on a sheet for people to sign up for different class dates. We are limited with the number of seats for each class. Can we set up the sheet so when that date is full, they are no longer able to choose it?

What is the current structure of your sheet, and how are your users going to sign up?

Without knowing too much about your scenario, I would potentially set up a sheet that is pre-filled with all the possible dates/times and classes. Then I would use a Report to only surface the rows that are not filled in yet to show what's available. This can be set as a Gantt chart if you want to show a timeline on the side as well. 🙂

If you're looking to remove options from a drop-down automatically, you would either need to use DataShuttle or Bridge to help clear out values from a column. Here's an explanation of the Data Shuttle set-up in another Community thread.
