Jira Connector Error
I have the Jira connector setup to only pull information from Jira to Smartsheet. It works well however, some tickets I get an error of "Invalid response from JIRA. statusCode: 400, reasonPhrase: Bad Request You do not have permission to edit issues in this project.". I'm not doing a pull from Smartsheet to Jira so I shouldn't need edit permission on the ticket in Jira. Is there something else that is causing this error? Or do I just need edit permission even though I'm not making edits (and neither is the connector). Thanks!

Hi @Sarah123 - correct, since the Jira Connector can be used to edit Jira information from within Smartsheet, you'll need to have editor permissions for the fields that are throwing the errors.
