Smartsheet Connector error: Smartsheet unexpected REST API error has occurred.
Hello!
My org uses Smartsheet Connector to connect a series of sheets to Salesforce. We get this error quite often and I don't know how to solve it:
Smartsheet Connector error: Smartsheet unexpected REST API error has occurred.
Could someone take a look and potentially help answer why this is happening?

This error message could mean a number of things and it's difficult to diagnose without knowing more about your set-up and process. If it's still happening, please contact Smartsheet Support with as much information as possible. Here are some details that may help them troubleshoot this with you in a private channel:
- If it's just this one workflow, Workflow name/ID.
- Are other workflows working?
- Who is the creator of the workflow (email/User ID)?
- Date/Time of most recent failure?
- Sheet name or URL
- If there are custom fields/objects being synced

I am having the same problem. I also submitted the information above to the support area - but no one has responded. I submitted a general request this morning - as ALL my workflows are now getting errors. Could someone please help/

Do you have the case number from the initial ticket with the information above? (It would have been auto-emailed)

The first message "Please log in to your connectors again" should be resolved simply by logging out of all connectors then logging in again.
In regards to the API error message, I'm unable to troubleshoot publicly in the Community as it will require more information that can contain sensitive data (emails, WEX file, etc). Please do follow-up with Smartsheet Support on your original ticket where you've provided the bullet point information above, along with specifying that it's the Jira Connector (not Salesforce). The images you shared here will be helpful as well!
