Admins need the ability to share data shuttle jobs with other admins

If an admin has a data shuttle job that fails and they are out of the office, no one else has the ability to review or edit the data shuttle job to fix it.

It would be great if Data shuttle workflow can be shared to others to edit and amend in case owner are absent or leaves the company. Team can continue to use the workflow without create the new one.

Hi @kirstie858 - Data Shuttle sharing is on the roadmap for this year and a high priority for our team! We are still expecting to begin this effort with an EAP release if you are part of that program.

almost one year since last comment by Danielle, and still not in Smartsheet? I created the shuttles, but I need anyone in the team to run them, as they appear to ignore the schedule we set and I am not always around to manually kick them off. Seems it is important, just not that important to prioritize?

Great idear I have 50 dtatschuttles that I need to trasnfer to somebody else. If this is not possible that person needs to recreate each dataschuttle, that is waste of anybodies time. Looking forward seeing this improvement with the next release. thx.

New to smartsheet and data shuttle, I would like to see this functionality too, I am part of the EAP so maybe I can access it already?

Another idea, can a team use an account specifically for creating and maintaining data shuttle workflows to make it easier to keep in one place?

Even the ability to 'View', Copy/'Save As' or 'Run' another user's workflows would be a huge improvement!

There's 3 pages worth of people requesting for this feature to be able to transfer ownership of DataShuttle workflows! I'd like to request for this feature as well.

SmartSheet already has the feature implemented on their Pivot App and I love it:

This is a huge need. the ability transfer workflows like you can with sheets is needed. Any update on an ETA for teh roadmap?
