Is there any way we can edit the format / layout that appears on the body of an email when we share Form link with peers as a request for submissions, but when the submitter submits the form the format on the replied email from Smartsheet it eliminates information and compressed the wording in the mail. Also when creating the form the form elements such as the Heading and Description disappears after submissions is submitted on the replied email from Smartsheet.
