Collapse Dashboard Widget to Title

Allow Dashboard Widgets to "dynamically" use the dashboard space extents by allowing more user interaction to put a particular widget "in focus" and to display the widget contents "Over" other widgets.

I envision using the Parent/Child relationship similar to Row data on sheets.

Example: Widget Title would be the Parent value and always visible on the dashboard. All other remaining widget data/formatting/etc. would be the indented CHILD to the PARENT Title Date generating a "+" expansion symbol immediately to the left of the PARENT Title.

This would be useful for any all dashboard widgets that allow a TITLE.

Additionally to avoid bogging down computers while improving display times/presentations as significantly more dashboard widgets would be possible to display on 1 dashboard, please adjust refresh to only process the fully EXPANDED WIDGETS during refresh.
