Ability to enter dual "duration" columns (with roll-up functionality)

An additional "duration" column with "time unit" independent of the out-of-the-box "duration" column would be a great help. The new duration column could be named "LOE" (Level Of Effort) for the scheduled task.

For example, the task's duration might be 3 days, but the actual LOE for the task could be 4 hours. If the task owner populates the LOE, it will help the project team as a whole gauge if the planned tasks fit into the duration. Also, it will help measure the actual workload for the Task owner(s), and reassignment will be easier.
