Returning a non-required resource
Hi,
Has anyone had any luck in returning allocation from a resource where a scheduled task has finished early?
I appreciate that it can be done manually, but the automation could\should be able to accomplish the task imho.
If you see Bert's allocation, the task is in the future, but has been completed, therefore that theoretically frees up their allocated 2 hours.
I've created this Workflow
As you can see from the first screen-grab, the Workflow has not cleared the cell.
Anyone been successful with anything like this before?
Thanks

Hi @PM_Reeves
I hope you're well and safe!
Try changing the trigger to 1 instead of 100%
Did that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic week!

Hi @Andrée Starå,
thanks for the suggestion.
I've tried changing the trigger to a non-percentage figure, but to no avail.
I remembered to change the column properties to a standard figure as well, as standard integers didn't show for me in the options at first.
Once again, thanks for the suggestion, and have a great day.
