RM Linking Issue

RM by Smartsheet seems to only have people show up in the project when the linked Smartsheet's settings are connected to the "Effort" column but not "Allocated %" column. Can you help me understand why this is an issue?

    Hello,

    Just to clarify the issue you are having, what column have you linked in your project plan? If you go to your Project settings, do you have the Allocation % tied to an effort column?
