New and improved user invitation email now generally available!
Hi Community,
You now have access to the new and improved user invitation emails that new users receive when they are invited to join a Smartsheet plan! Additionally, we updated the interstitial screen shown when new users click the “Accept” button in the invitation email. This is the first of multiple phases to modernize our user invitation experience.
These updated emails are available to any new user invited to join any plan in the Commercial US or EU instances of Smartsheet.

You can also stay informed by subscribing to receive product release updates for curated news of recently released product capabilities and enhancements for the platform of your choosing, delivered to your inbox. As new releases occur, you will receive a weekly email with news of what's released every Tuesday.

Hi Lekshmi,
I used to have the option to share dashboard via an "email link" button, however, it's no longer appearing on the Share Dashboard window. It now only offers "copy link", "share to workspace", and "share". I've looked through the settings to see if I could find an option to enable/disable, but I was unable to locate.
Would you happen to know anything about this?

@jturnerNG the user listed on the invitation is the Main Contact of your Smartsheet Plan. You can update who is listed on the invitation by updating your plan's Main Contact: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/888766-changing-the-main-contact-account-name-team-business-enterprise-

Prior to this change more than one person/sys admin was able to receive the "accepted" email invite. I am the sys admin that sends out the invitations, I am not the main contact and I no longer get the accepted email invites after a new user has accepted.
Our main contact doesn't need to receive the accepted invite emails. I don't need or want to be the main contact. How do I receive the accepted invite emails now?
