Locked Row - Not affected by sort/filter

Would be really handy if you could have more options when locking a row.

I see this having multiple options which i'd like to see

1. Freeze the row - The row is frozen and will move as you scroll up and down your data.
2. Filter Lock - No matter how you set your filter this row will always show - ideal for headers or key data.
3. Sort lock - i can sort my data but this row will not move. ideal for total rows - Dont want to have to keep dragging it back to bottom of data and resetting the formula.

I think these 3 lock formats would add so much more to the user experience and i imagine should be fast and easy to implement.
