Moving from 2023 to 2024

In 2023, our data was recorded by regions which then produced a President's report and Dashboard. Beginning in 2024, the data will be recorded as one company and not by regions. My sheets were originally set up with the help of a Smartsheet Professional so I am not sure how the formulas in the background are set up and how to delete the regions without jeopardizing the results.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

    Hey @barnhartd73091

The way that cross-sheet formulas are built depends on how the source data (the sheet it's looking at) is set up.

It looks like you might have either AVG(COLLECT or SUMIFS looking at your source, but it's difficult to know without seeing both the current formulas you've tried (or that were there before) and images of your source sheet.

Since the Community is a public forum, if you post screen captures of your data ensure you block out sensitive information. Or, if your plan has access to it, you may want to book a Pro Desk session where you can share your screen over a 30-minute session to ask for guidance in structuring your sheet and other coaching tips.

    Cheers,

    Genevieve

    Hi @barnhartd73091

I hope you're well and safe!

Can you share some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help.

    I hope that helps!

Be safe, and have a fantastic week!

  • This is where the data is manually entered in one of the 3 regions which need to be deleted and just have Company Data.

Then, the data is added to the dashboard which is also broken down into regions and these need to be deleted to just show the Company Data.
