Automation
Why is it that when there is an automation for multiple rows of data to one person it completely cuts the message that is prewrite and does not include any attachments or row information for the person to decipher what is being asked of them to review. they are unable to see what specific document or row we are asking them to validate. but if the automation goes to one person and they have only a few documents if any they can see the automation perfectly fine.

Hi @Please help , Smartsheet automatically bundles emails if the same automation is triggering multiple messages to the same user at the same time. It’s annoying for sure. Solutions are unfortunately nuanced and dependent on your use case. Can you send some screen shots of how your automation is structured and what you want the user to see?

Hi @Please help
I hope you're well and safe!
To add to Lucas's excellent answer/advice.
Placeholders will generate separate notifications when using placeholders with Alert or Update Request actions in change-based workflows if six or fewer rows are triggered simultaneously. If seven or more rows are triggered at once, the custom subject and body will be removed.
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic week!

@Andrée Starå Is there a way to keep the subject and the body from the email from getting removed or a way to get the notification to send each individually??
