"Request an Update" attaching / uploaded documents

Hello all
I have a automated workflow that sends out "Request and Update" fill in forms to multiple different groups.
The group opens the request an update and will fill in the blanks. We also need them to attach the Bill of lading. How do you add the file upload to this?

@SWagner Hi, When setting up the workflow, you have the option to select the fields and attachment is one of them.
