Payment topic and change the administration

as of today, we didn't enter to our Smartsheet account because of unsuccessful Payment depens on old card

Our credit card which is saved on system before, timing was over. new card was sent later. but we have fotgotten to change this card number on system. Now we have problem. our payments were done by person1 administrator account until now. 

this person has already left from our company. we don't have her account informations.(key)

so as a result;


- How can ı get all informations from this account? and How ı can replace this account administrator to Person2?


- How we can update bank card informations for your payment over person2
