report refresh once a week

hallo!

I'd like to create a report to a Smartsheet that refresh the info only each Sunday evening, and not almost in real time. in this way I can see how is evolving the data during the current week respect the end of the previous one. is it possible? thank you.

NOTE: I would already it done with a pivot that refresh once a week, but the key and the data in the pivot cannot be placed on the same row so I cannot recall them with a Vlookup
