Formula across multi Workspaces
I am trying to create a formula that encompasses many different areas across numerous workspaces. I need to be able to calculate the percentage of complete tasks within a milestone across 6 different workspaces. I know I am missing a key element to allow the formula to work but after playing around for 2 days I still can't figure it out. Below is what I have so far:
=SUMIFS({Communications %Complete}, {Communication Status}, "Complete", {Milestone}, "30 Days post Merger Date"), ({Finance % Complete}, {Finance Status}, "Complete", {Finance Milestone}, "30 Days post Merger Date") / [Total of tasks]@Rowena

Is "30 Days post Merger Date" only found in a single row on each sheet?

That is a milestone and only found on each sheet in one column.

But is it found in multiple ROWS within the same sheet?

no - only in one row per sheet

You could create a report that pulls that row from each sheet then apply a grouping and a report summary to get your totals.
