It would be great to be able to format the text of the emails that can be used for the workflows (bold, highlight, font, color). That would help make the text more readible for the recipient.

This would be really great, as the current implementation leads to very hard-to-read emails, ESPECIALLY since the system doesn't send immediately, and instead batches multiple notification emails. It's really messy and slow.

Today you can create a form and add logic. If that logic requires that requests need to be made for X days in the future you can add logic to help.
