Reporting for Workflows - Unrestricted recipients

It would be beneficial to have a feature that allows for the creation of two types of reports: one displaying all recipients involved in unrestricted workflows, and another showing all active workflows. This is important because there are scenarios where users need to send notifications to an email or domain without having to share an entire sheet with them. This situation poses a challenge. For organizations aiming to implement the Safe Sharing List, they can track the domains they share information with through a sheet access report. However, this report does not include recipients from unrestricted workflows. Consequently, if a recipient in an unrestricted workflow is not on the safe sharing list, the workflow becomes invalid upon the enablement of that feature.
