Block calendar from allowing others to schedule deliveries

Does anyone know how to block the calendar in hope of preventing anyone from scheduling appointments and deliveries on a certain date and time frame?

There currently isn't a way to block out a specific date in Smartsheet. You could restrict a dropdown list to show only a certain number of options, but if you're showing a date type of field then anyone can select any date.

I've seen other users set up a Dashboard that has the Form embedded next to the Calendar View to show what has already been selected for visibility if that helps.

I would perhaps suggest using a separate application to record the dates/times, and then integrate this application with Smartsheet. Please also submit your feature request to the Product team by creating an Idea Post in the Smartsheet Product Feedback and Ideas topic here in the Community. This will allow other users to vote on your enhancement idea!
