Automation messages sent from Organization but reply to sheet owner

Dear Smartsheet experts and friends

I developed a long system with several automation interaction messages: alerts, updates, etc.... All our messages were set to go out using our Organization's name.

However, some people decide to reply to those messages, instead of following the actions that we ask for. This creates an issue where the reply address is the sheet owner.

Anyone has any idea how to change this address to a general address and/or disable the reply option?
