Workflow For Purchasing Process
When I change the Status from 1)Request For Requisition to 2)Requisition Created, I created a workflow that would send an email to the Requestor.
This status change is being done in the Smartsheet table, not via a Form. Below you can see the Workflow. Currently the WF is not triggering. What mistake am I making?

Hi @JiMel - The screenshot of your Requestor column does not look like it is populated with a contact, just the text of the person's name. It is configured as a contact column, but for the person to receive the email, you will have to add or edit that person's name to include an email address. You know you have done it correctly when you see both their name and the little circle with the person's initials, or their profile picture within the cell.
Hope that helps!

During the development phase, yes. Once developing is done, it will flow to whoever the Requestor is.
