how can i remove the in and out dents, i copied an excel format and i cent seem to remove them

To remove the parent-child relationship, click on a cell in the child row and then click the Outdent button on the toolbar.
Tip: You can also use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + [ or Command + [ on a Mac.
So, in your specific scenario, you would click on the blank cell in row 15 located in the column where the "Project Management" text is located and outdent it once. Then, you would click on the blank cell in row 5 in the same column as previously, and outdent it twice, then move one cell up to row 4 and outdent it once. That should do it!
