We'd love a way to add "mouse over" alt-text to dashboard widgets to accommodate individuals with color vision deficiency or provide additional context.

Idea: enable "mouse over" functionality on dashboards.
For example, an explanatory field (black box) could be activated by a "mouse over" over an info field (i) (green circle). Example see screenshot
A new accessibility law in Colorado (US) is scheduled to be implemented July 1, 2024, that requires all Colorado government entities to meet technology accessibility standards including alt text for images. We use Smartsheet dashboards on our website but will need to look for a different platform if accessibility requirements cannot be met. See https://oit.colorado.gov/accessibility-rules
If I may add another example, I'm using "Latest Comment" in my sheet and pulled the comment for one row into a report. Then I have that report on a dashboard. In the dashboard, I really need the just part of the comment to show then if someone hovers over that comment it should display the full comment, as shown.
Would like this to provide context to users viewing a widget (how a chart was calculated, etc.)
