Users with folder by their name

I just became Admin for our company. There are users with licenses that have folders by their names. They are unable to do anything but view the sheets/reports. How do I change the access so they can edit sheets?

Hi - I hope that you are Doing good !!

As an admin, you have the liberty to adjust their permissions to grant them edit access. 

Try the below steps

Navigate to folder you are targeting

-locate the users who need to be granted edit access

-You can usually find them listed under the "Shared with" section or in the folder's settings.

-Grant Edit Access and Save - That's all
