Why is it not possible to trigger data shuttle on attachment when using data table?

The inflexibility of data shuttle when using data table is really limiting, only on the hour, hourly, cant trigger when an attachment is pushed to the smartsheet, surely the trigger is on the smartsheet why is it limited on data table?

Can we either have more flexibility on the timings (15 minute cycle, 30 minute cycle) or trigger on an attachment, I have a bunch of very small files importing data from other systems, very small amounts of data so processing time is not an issue at least for me if that is a limiting factor?
