Smartsheet data export to excel automation.

I work in the data analytics department, and the team is working on a project that involves bringing Smartsheet data into another third-party application (Pyramid Analytics). There are many Smartsheet with data that we will be bringing into the other application. This is the deal: we want to export Smartsheet data to Excel; then, we use SQL to send the Excel with the data to the other application.

This process will be ongoing, so we want to avoid manual intervention. Is there a way within(an application) Smartsheet to automate the process/schedule the export (to Excel) without manual intervention?
