I am having an issue with a query string syntax. See below. Trying to populate two fields when I send this out.
I actually wish I could populate the form from data in the sheet but i dont think I can. Please take a look I have tried multiple different things

Hi Christopher, try the following;
https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/8d0b2124e54344ea885e331c9d6c4632?Name=ooo&Order Number=1234
Use ? for the first field, then & for additional fields. Use %20 for any additional fields or query strings that have spaces.
This isn't expressed in the help article, so I'm reaching out to our Product team to see if it's expected behavior to have to use ? then & between fields.
