Smartsheet login issue

I recently addet a user to my workspace and sent him an invite link, by accident i send a second one shortly after. He opened the website using the first older link (i dont know if that is relevant), now if he logs in he gets the taskbar on the left but the rest is just gray. If he try´s to open the workspace it seems like its loading but then everything stays gray. I tried removing him from the workspace and sending a new invite but that doesnt change anything, besides he never got to create a password, because the screen went gray, so i cant even try to log into his account from my computer to see if his computer is the issue i hope someone

    Hi @Younes Amine,

    please try to Clear Browser Cache and Cookies using the following step by step :

    for Google Chrome

    1. Open Chrome and click on the three dots in the upper right corner to open the menu.
    2. Go to "More tools" > "Clear browsing data."
    3. Choose a time range. To delete everything, select "All time."
    4. Check the boxes next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."
    5. Click "Clear data."

    for Mozilla Firefox

    1. Click the menu button (three horizontal lines) and select "Options."
    2. Go to "Privacy & Security" and scroll down to "Cookies and Site Data."
    3. Click "Clear Data."
    4. Make sure "Cookies and Site Data" and "Cached Web Content" are checked, then click "Clear."

    for Safari (macOS)

    1. Open Safari and go to Safari > Preferences in the menu bar.
    2. Click on the "Privacy" tab, then on "Manage Website Data."
    3. Click "Remove All" to delete all cookies and cache.
    4. Confirm by clicking "Remove Now."

    for Microsoft Edge

    1. Click the three dots in the upper right corner to open the menu.
    2. Go to "Settings" > "Privacy, search, and services."
    3. Under "Clear browsing data," click "Choose what to clear."
    4. Select "Cached images and files" and "Cookies and other site data."
    5. Click "Clear now."

    then login to the admin center - User Management and select this user and send password rest Email ( check the following screenshot option 6 )
