How can I transfer a workspace I created to an external, licensed user?

Hi,

I am a contractor who uses Smartsheet (through my own business account) with clients. I am getting ready to roll off of a project and transfer all documents to another party in the organization (who also has a business account.) How can I transfer a workspace and then remove my own access to it after I leave the project? I don't want to keep the workspace in my account indefinitely, and I can't delete it without deleting the new owner's access. Help!
