Add Multiple Conditions to Conditional Formatting

edited 02/28/24 in Smartsheet Basics

We would like to request the ability to add multiple conditions to a Conditional Formatting rule.

For example:

  1. If Step="Backlog" and Flag=Yes, mark row orange.

I believe you are looking for the dropdown "Add Condition (AND)". When you build your conditional format, there is an arrow to the left of each line. You can choose the Add Condition to build in more options and format the row (or columns as desired). In the below, if Day = "Fri" & Time = "2pm", I turn the row orange.
