For me it is Shattered Dreams by Johnny Hates Jazz. Whenever this song pops on while I am listening to Spotify it just puts me in a good mood and gets me dancing. The volume gets turned up and I start jamming. Even now while I am making this post I have the song playing and just can't stop smiling. Long live '80s music!

I have been a longtime fan of Odesza, but after seeing them finish with this remix of "It's Only" at Red Rocks in 2018, I've never found another song that gets me going the way this one does. I think this song is a phenomenal display of the group's trained musicality and ability orchestrate complex themes and rhythms, and it's also laced with my fond memories of that concert. While the recordings are great, nothing compares to the live drum line, and an open air ampitheater.

My go to motivational song is Kenny G's Song Bird. Something about his instrumental music, clears my head and helps me focus on the work that needs to be done. If it isn't work that needs to be done it helps me clear out the chaotic noise.

One song that can really help me feel motivated is "Eye of the Tiger" by Survivor. It's a well-known song that makes you feel strong and hopeful.

The music is lively and the words are inspiring.

When you listen to it, you feel excited and ready to take on anything.

It's also been in famous movies like "Rocky," which makes it even more motivating.

HOMECOMING: THE LIVE ALBUM by Beyoncé makes me lose my mind without fail. The horns, the audience, the mashups, the hits on hits. Just non-stop energy, Beychella-style.

For something more recent, highly recommend watching the video for "Candle Flame" by Jungle ft. Erick the Architect because the dancers + choreography will make you want to move right along with them.
