Conditional Formatting Referencing Other Columns

I would like to see conditional formatting rules that can be applied to other columns. For example, we have two columns for each of our KPIs. One column reports the target turnaround timeframe. The other column reports the actual # of days it takes to complete an item.

For our surveys, our target turnaround timeframe column reports 5 days for BAU projects and 15 days for new construction projects. For our # of days calculation, we calculate the # of days it actually took to complete the survey. I would like to apply a conditional formatting rule that highlights the cell if the # of days exceeds the target. We have different project types with different standards, so I would have to create multiple rules to achieve what I want or create a helper column.
