Is there a way to create a form that when enter Project Name to Form it automatically pulls the Project ID associated with Project Name to form from another sheet? I guess it would be like an index match withing Smartsheet form.

You can use an index match in the sheet to output the project ID based on the project name entered in the form. However, this will not appear on the form, it will appear in the sheet that collects the form data after the form has been submitted.

Thanks KPH! I already have it set up to do that in the form. I was hoping to be able to have it in the form from the sheet.

I'm afraid you can't have something appear in the form based on the data entered - the form is just collecting data to add to the row.
