I Cant seem to get my gif work on a smartsheet dashboard

I like the design of the smart sheet PMO dashboard setup(link below) and attempted to design a replica for my solution but have not been able to figure out the gif part.

After converting my video to a GIF and ensuring that the size is below 30 MB I attach it to the dashboard but it doesn't animate. how can I go about this solution

Hey @zow

Instead of using an Image Widget, you would need to use an embed URL within the Web Content Widget. For the templates that Smartsheet built, we housed the gif in Brandfolder and then used the Attachment CDN Link from there, for example:

https://cdn.bfldr.com/NPAHRZNF/as/gshvw5pt9mnxcrpmbk2hv8h4/Setup_Project_Management_Office_6-2?format=auto&width=1000

The domain may be restricted depending on where you're hosting the gif. If you're on an Enterprise plan you may need to ask your System Admin to validate the domain (Validate company domains to use with the web content widget).
